Skipton Building Society: Grassroots Giving

For 2018’s Grassroots Giving scheme there is a total pot of £82,500 to help small groups and organisations (who are not registered charities) make a difference in their communities. They will be giving 165 organisations the chance to receive a £500 pot.

Cash 4 Clubs is a sports fund which supports grassroots sports clubs all over the country. There are four tiers of grants at £250, £500, £750 and £1,000. For their 10th anniversary in 2018 they are also offering a special, single £10,000 grant.

This fund will award a total of €100,000 to youth-oriented non-profit organisations in 2018. Grants will range from €5,000 to €30,000. A new element will also be ‘The People’s Choice Award’ where 20 applications will be shortlisted to be put to an online public vote and a chance to win €10,000.

Community Foundation for NI: Nationwide Fund

Housing projects and charities across NI can apply for up to 2-year project grants to improve conditions or directly or indirectly help people into a decent and affordable home. Single organisations can apply for between £10,000 and £25,000 and consortia or partnerships can apply for between £10,000 and £50,000. To support those interested in applying, there is a pre-application webinar on 20 March 2018 from 11:00 - 13:00.
