Wesleyan Foundation Small Grants Fund

Managed by the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland, the Wesleyan Foundation Small Grants Fund in NI aims to support charities, constituted voluntary and community groups based within the region through grants of up to £2000 which must be spent within a year.

Tudor Trust Grants

Makes grants, and provides other types of support, to voluntary and community groups working in any part of the UK. They particularly want to help smaller, community-led organisations which work directly with people who are at the margins of society: organisations which support positive changes in people’s lives and in their communities.

The Ireland Funds: Flagship Awards

Grants of up to €/£100,000 for core funding, capacity building or programme costs for charitable organisations working within one of their key programme areas: Arts & Culture, Community Development, Education, and Peace & Reconciliation.  Additional non-financial supports will also be provided.

Key Dates for your Fundraising Diary

Department for Communities (DfC) : Uniting Opportunities Grants

A small grants programme administered by DfC, which is being delivered as part of the Executive’s Together: Building a United Community (T:BUC) Strategy.    It provides grants of £20,000 - £60,000 for projects which deliver good relations and reconciliation projects for young people through sport, physical and creative activity.

Stage 1 Application Closing Date (4pm) 16 Aug 2019

Harold Hyam Wingate Foundation

Wingate Foundation funds in the fields of; Jewish Life and Learning, Performing Arts, Music and Medical Research Travel Grants.  Grants are from a few hundred to several thousands of pounds.

British & Foreign School Society: Grants to Charities

Grants for education projects are given up to a total of around £1m in any one year. Grants are given to organisations with UK charitable status and are for the purpose of advancing educational opportunity in the UK and developing countries. The Society no longer makes grants for individuals.
