Causeway Coast and Glens District Council: COVID-19 Community Support Fund
Department for Communities funded, the COVID-19 Community Support Fund is to provide small grants to local community and voluntary organisations to deal with emerging issues in local communities as a result of the continuing threat of coronavirus. Local community/voluntary sector organisations can apply for grants of up to 100% of costs up to £4,000.

A NI-based funder which funds only registered charities in NI. Aims to assist the physical, mental and spiritual development of young people under 21 years of age. The Trust's policy is to provide small grants in support of local projects which benefit children and young people.

REOPENED TODAY Department for Communities (Via Cooperation Ireland): VCSE COVID Recovery Fund
On behalf of the Department for Communities (DfC), Co-operation Ireland in partnership with Rural Community Network is managing this now reopened fund. Grants of up to 5K are available to purchase PPE and other items to enable the re-opening and continued delivery of vital community services.

As 2020 limps to a close, this final NICVA funding news focuses on some key COVID-19 funding still available out of the 150+ COVID-19 brand new schemes which have come and gone in this tumultuous year.
SOME KEY COVID-19 FUNDS STILL OPEN
Grants of up to £50,000 are available, to enable churches and Christian charities to meet changing needs within their communities due to COVID-19.

New funding this week:
COVID-19 Charities Fund (Phase 2) (opening 6 January 2021)
The £11.7million fund will open on 6 January 2021 providing up to £75,000 to charities that have lost income due to the impact of Covid-19 and are unable to cover unavoidable costs between 1 October 2020 and 31 March 2021.
