The Foyle Foundation supports UK organisations working predominantly in the fields of Learning or the Arts. Most grants are in the range of £10,000 to £50,000 and applications for less than £10,000 per annum aren’t usually accepted.

The Marsh Christian Trust
The Marsh Christian Trust supports small registered charities through long-term core funding. The Trust supports roughly 250 different charities per annum, focussing on Literature, Arts and Heritage, Social Welfare, Environmental causes and Animal Welfare, Education and Training and Healthcare. They receive around 1,250 appeals annually, with 400 receiving grants.

The Marchig Animal Welfare Trust: Grants & Awards
The objects of the Trust are to protect animals and to promote and encourage practical work in preventing animal cruelty and the relief of animal suffering. They provide both grants and awards to projects which are animal welfare orientated and of direct benefit to animals.

Heritage Lottery Fund: Grants for Places of Worship (NI)
The Grants for Places of Worship programme is for projects that involve urgent structural repairs to places of worship that are at risk. As part of a repair project they can also fund work to encourage greater community use and engagement. You can apply for a grant from £10,000 to £250,000.

The Live Here Love Here Small Grants Scheme provides funding for projects aimed at promoting civic pride within communities and improving environmental quality. Grants are available from £500 to £5,000, mainly to equip and support volunteers and community groups to deliver practical environmental action in their locality.
