The Charity Governance Awards is a not-for-profit initiative created to celebrate outstanding governance in charities both small and large in the UK. There is a cash prize of £5,000 for the winners in 7 categories.

Newman's Own Foundation Grants
Newman’s Own Foundation is a private, US-based independent foundation established in 2005 by the late actor and philanthropist, Paul Newman. Newman’s Own Foundation awards grants to charities which empower children to overcome extraordinary adverse circumstances and contribute to the development of a civil society. Organisations must be registered UK charities to be considered for grants.

Mid and East Antrim Council: Community Festivals Fund
Funding available for Community Festivals in the Mid and East Antrim Borough Council area. The aims is to improve the capacity of community festivals and make them less reliant on public funding by providing support and training in addition to funding towards the cost of festivals. The Fund enables Community Organisations to celebrate their cultural identity and to strengthen community relations.

The Co-operative Local Community Fund are looking for 3 projects in each of around 1,500 local communities across the UK. They will choose projects led by small, locally based organisations that benefit the local community centred around Co-op food stores and funeral homes, have the greatest possible benefit to their community and make maximum use of the amount of funding available

Arts Council Ireland: Touring and Dissemination of Work Scheme
The Arts Council of Northern Ireland and the Arts Council/An Chomhairle Ealaíon are working together to encourage arts organisations and individuals to extend tours across the border. Applicants must have a demonstrable track-record as professional artists or organisations and be resident/based in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Help the Homeless
Help the Homeless' main funding remit is the regular allocation of grants (generally up to £5,000) for capital costs to small and medium-sized registered charities only (those with a turnover of under £1m per annum). All projects must assist individuals in their return to mainstream society, rather than simply offer shelter or other forms of sustenance.
