Paul Hamlyn Foundation: Shared Ground

The Shared Ground Fund provides financial support to test new approaches, explore ways of exploiting emerging opportunities and address new challenges.  It also supports organisations with an already strong track record of achievement to achieve a greater impact.

Foyle Foundation Small Grants

The Small Grants Scheme is designed to support smaller UK charities, especially those working at grass roots and local community level, in any field, across a wide range of activities.  Applications are welcomed from charities with an annual turnover of less than £100,000.

Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) Networks Charities Fund

The scheme aims to raise around £100,000 annually and since it began 20 years ago in excess of £20million (including annual support from the company) has been distributed to local charities.  Funding ranges from £200 to £750.

The inaugural Charity Impact Awards celebrate the positive impact community, voluntary and charitable organisations are making in people's lives across the length and breadth of Ireland.  For 2017 (its inaugural year) there are 3 award categories -  Community Impact Award, Charity Trustee of the Year Award and Community Hero Award

Aviva Community Fund

The Aviva Community Fund offers support and funding for inspirational local causes. The scheme aims to help both large charities and smaller ones who may otherwise find it difficult to gain financial backing or recognition. Projects can receive funding of from up to £1000 up to £25,000.

Church of Ireland Priorities Fund

The objective of the Priorities Fund is to raise and distribute money, on behalf of the Church of Ireland, to various worthy projects within the island of Ireland – Funding is provided for Training – Lay and Ordained, Christian Education, Outreach Initiatives and Innovative Ministry in a Rural Context
