Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council: Enterprise Fund

Aims to support start-up businesses that need assistance in taking the next step in their growth plan. This may be funding towards a new piece of equipment, developing I.T. infrastructure, implementing a significant marketing campaign, product and design development and so forth.  (Opens again April 2019).

Power NI: Brighter Communities Fund

Makes £1000 available each month to NI community groups and individuals to help people implement innovative and creative projects which will change and improve their local community for the better.

John Moores Foundation

Focuses on funding projects based in Merseyside and NI.  Aims to enable people who are marginalised, as a result of social, educational, physical, economic, cultural, geographical or other disadvantage, to improve their social conditions and quality of life.

Phillip Bates Trust

Aims to advance the education of young people under the age of 25 in the arts.  It provides awards to encourage and support their pursuit of creative and artistic achievement and financial support to projects or workshops, which aim to develop creative and artistic interests and skills in young people.

Golsoncott Foundation

Aims to promote the arts generally and in particular the fine arts and music - the key criterion is excellence. Projects involving young people should offer a long-lasting connection between them and the art-form and a significant level of participation and achievement at a high standard.  Their annual spend on grants is under £80,000.

Anchor Foundation
