The Newby Trust is a small family trust which makes grants to registered charities in the broad areas of education and social and medical welfare. (They also make grants to charities under an annual "special categories" theme programme and grants to organisations on behalf of individuals in crisis.)

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council: PEACE IV Re-imaging Programme for Existing Spaces
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council has secured £2.6m to deliver a PEACE IV Local Action Plan for the district. The PEACE IV Re-imaging Programme for Existing Spaces is a small capital and activity programme aimed at assisting groups and organisations to enhance facilities to attract new user groups and create a shared space that respects the rights, equality and diversity of all. A minimum of 25 projects will be selected for participation to receive investment of up to £8,000 per project.

The Fund support projects aimed at facilitating community, social and environmental/conservation projects ideally based within North Down Borough Council or Belfast City Council or the Greater Belfast area.

Westhill
Westhill provide financial investment and other resources to support formal and informal religious education projects and faith-motivated activities that enable people to transform their lives and the life of their communities. Since 2004 Westhill has invested grants totalling more than £3.6 million in 400 projects, mainly in the UK but with some international impact as well.

Weavers' Company Benevolent Fund
The Fund supports people in trouble, particularly young offenders and ex-offenders, and other disadvantaged young people. Preference is given to pump priming new projects, especially those which are innovatory and can serve as a model elsewhere.

Raskob Foundation
The Raskob Foundation, is a Catholic Family Foundation in the USA that makes grants to projects associated with the Catholic Church both in the US and internationally. It has particular interest in projects in which self-help and local support are demonstrated. Grants tend to be for between $5000 and $15,000.
