BBC Children in Need: Curiosity

Curiosity is a brand new £2.5m partnership between BBC Children in Need and the Wellcome Trust providing grants of up to £10,000 to fund projects that engage children and young people in science based activities. Projects should encourage young people to be curious about the world around them, making a positive difference in their lives.

Co-operative Local Community Fund

The Co-operative Local Community Fund welcomes applications for funding from across the UK as a way of giving back to their millions of members and their communities by providing funding to local causes that their members care about.  You can now apply to be one of these causes.

GSK Impact Awards

The IMPACT awards from £3000 - £40,000 (+free training) recognise and reward charities doing excellent work to improve people’s health. The awards are open to registered charities that are at least three years old, working in a health-related field in the UK, with a total annual income between £80,000 and £2.5 million.

Congregational and General Charitable Trust

The aim of the Congregational & General Charitable Trust is to make grants for building maintenance and towards the capital costs of community projects to support Protestant churches, in particular those of the United Reformed and Congregational denominations.

PHA Small Grants: Emotional Wellbeing & Suicide Prevention ("Take 5")

The Public Health Agency’s (PHA) small grants scheme offers 2 types of award (£1000 to £5000) under its themes of Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being, Suicide Prevention and Self- Harm, with a particular focus on those using one or more of the ‘Take 5’ Steps to Wellbeing.  This scheme covers the Western, Belfast, Southern & South Eastern Areas.

The Henry Smith Charity - Holiday Grants for Children

One off grants of up to £2,500 for organisations, schools, youth groups etc specifically for holidays or outings for children under the age of 13 who are disabled or who live in areas of high deprivation.

The ARN Foundation

The ARN Foundation is an independent Charitable Trust set up with the intent of supporting good causes across NI. The ARN Foundation supports organisations who will deliver projects in support of people with a learning disability.  (The fund is managed by CFNI).  The ARN Foundation will offer grants of up to £10,000 to projects based within NI.
