NICVA's 80th Anniversary GrantTracker Offer for Members

New or Updated Funding Initiatives

Congregational and General Charitable Trust

Makes grants for building maintenance and towards the capital costs of community projects to support Protestant churches, in particular those of the United Reformed and Congregational denominations.  Grants currently range from £1000 to a maximum of £15,000, and are directly related to the cost of the project involved.

Trusthouse Charitable Foundation

A medium-sized independent grantmaking foundation which makes approximately 150-200  grants totalling around £2.5 million a year to projects relating to rural issues and urban deprivation.

John Moores Foundation

Focuses on funding projects based in Merseyside and NI. It  aims to enable people who are marginalised, as a result of social, educational, physical, economic, cultural, geographical or other disadvantage, to improve their social conditions and quality of life.

Music for All

Provides grants for both individuals and groups to enable more people to access musical instruments and lessons and music programmes for the community.  Their typical Community Grant is around £2500.

Key Dates for your Fundraising Diary

War Memorials Trust Small Grants

Provides advice and information to anyone as well as running grant schemes for the repair and conservation of war memorials.  Grants are up to 75% of costs up to a maximum of £30,000.

British Council: UK-China Connections Through Culture Grants

A long-term programme to develop exciting cultural collaborations between artists and arts organisations, supporting long-lasting relationships between China and the UK.  Offers support, information, advice, networking opportunities and development grants to artists and arts organisations in China and the UK.
