Some Updates for This Week

Arnold Clark Community Fund (Final Application Deadline 11.59pm, 31st May 2021

Now open to all UK registered charities and local community groups needing financial assistance due to the coronavirus pandemic.  Requests can be made for £100 - £1000.  500 applications will be granted (at random) each month.  If your application is unsuccessful one month, they’ll keep you in the draw, which will roll over to the following month.

NI Policing Board: Police Property Fund Grants Scheme (Small Grants Closing Date, 12 Noon, 8th July 2021)

This fund offers eligible projects grants of between £1000 and £10,000 with a total of £100,000 available for the first small grants call.  A Large grants scheme is also scheduled to open in Autumn 2021.

British Council (Via Unlimited): Micro Awards Round 1 Closing 12 Noon, 23rd March 2021 and Round 2 Closing 12 Noon, 18th May 2021)

Funded by the British Council and administered by Unlimited, these micro awards support artists in this uncertain time to build connections/collaborations, rather than to create work. Applications must be led by a UK disabled artist or company/collective working with a UK disabled artist and applications can be for up to £2500.

Boost Drinks: Choose Now Change Lives 

As part of Boost's 20th-anniversary celebrations. they are offering community grants to support a range of community groups and organisations. Managed by Groundwork, this £20,000 grant fund is open to all community sports clubs, community action groups, youth work, music groups and food banks.  

 

Some Key Dates for This Week

Energy Entrepreneurs Fund (EEF) (Application Deadline Midday, 30th March 2021)

A competitive funding scheme to support the development of technologies, products and processes in energy efficiency, power generation and storage in the UK. Since its inception in 2012, £72 million grants have been awarded, with an additional £11 million boost of funding announced in February 2021.

William and Jane Morris Fund: Church Conservation Grants (Closing Date 31st March 2021)

This church conservation scheme awards grants of £500-£5000 to churches, chapels and other places of worship in the United Kingdom for the conservation of decorative features and monuments, but not structural repairs. 

The National Lottery Community Fund: Empowering Young People (Ongoing - No Deadline) 31st March 2021)

Funds projects that give young people in Northern Ireland aged 8-25 the ability to cope with challenges in their lives. Funding of between £10,001 to £500,000 is available for projects that last between one to five years.
