The Honourable The Irish Society launch three new funding programmes
After a brief pause in giving, The Honourable The Irish Society have announced they are to reopen with a new mission focused around three programmes: Growing Together supports community-based early years provision, Living Rivers, Living Communities supports environmental improvement and stewardship, and Living Heritage, Shared Futures supports participatory cultural and heritage activity. The majority of their grants are small (maximum £2,000) and are designed to support local organisations and community-based activity. In some cases, they make a smaller number of larger grants (£10,000-£20,000) where there is a strong case for wider or longer-term impact.
Society of the Holy Child Jesus Grants
The Society of the Holy Child Jesus is an international congregation of religious women in the Catholic Church, founded by Cornelia Connelly in 1846. The society spans four continents and is dedicated to helping people believe that God lives and acts in them and in our world. In 2026, applicants working in the fields of education, environmental justice, social justice, anti-trafficking, and refugees and asylum seekers can apply for grants between £10,000 and £25,000. Core and project costs considered. The deadline for the next round of funding is 5pm, 3rd August 2026.
Royal Society of Biology: Outreach and Engagement Grants
The Royal Society of Biology's Outreach and Engagement Grant Scheme will now open exclusively to RSB member applicants for funding of up to £1,000 to run a citizen science project. Engaging events that encourage participants to collect data to answer simple science questions are welcome. Grant applications are open until 6 July 2026 (for projects running 8 October 2026 — 30 May 2027).
Live Here Love Here: Small Grants Scheme 2026/27
Live Here Love Here Small Grants support community-led projects that enhance the local environment, build civic pride, and bring people together. Grants of £500–£3,000 are available to support environmental improvement projects that make a positive difference in the wider community. The 2026/27 Small Grants is now OPEN until 30th June.
Art Fund: UK Curators in Venice 2026 with Art Fund and the Association for Art History
Together with the Association for Art History, Art Fund is delighted to offer up to 8 fully funded places for UK museum and gallery curators who are at an early-to-mid-stage in their career to attend a four-day professional development programme focused on the Venice Art Biennale in September 2026. The UK Curators in Venice 2026 with Art Fund and the Association for Art History takes place in Venice from Tuesday 15 - Friday 18 September. Up to 8 bursary places are available for UK museum and gallery professionals. Travel, 3 nights’ accommodation and meals will be covered. Apply by midnight 12 July 2026.

Clarion Futures: Digital Grants
Clarion Futures delivers a range of grant programmes which support those working to improve the lives of our residents, as well as helping them stay more digitally connected. Grants of up to £5,000 for innovative digital inclusion projects for Clarion residents. Clarion Futures is part of Clarion Housing Group. Round 22 deadline 10 June 2026 at 12pm(noon).

OCN: 2026 Centre Learning Grants Programme
Open College Network Northern Ireland (OCN) has announced the launch of its 2026 Centre Learning Grants Programme, with up to £50,000 in funding available for OCN recognised centres to support learner-focused initiatives and projects. Grants ranging from £500 - £3,000 will be awarded to recognised OCN NI centres to help fund impactful learner initiatives. Accepting applications until 14 June 2026.
James Brown & Sons Community Spark Awards
The awards support local charities and community organisations making a positive difference within the communities served by James Brown & Sons Funeral Directors. The Community Spark Awards offer grants from £750 – £1,250. Next deadline 14 June 2026.
Charities Aid Foundation: Building Resilience Programme
The Charities Aid Foundation has opened its Building Resilience Programme, a programme of funding and support for social purpose organisations working to preserve and protect freshwater ecosystems. Small and medium-sized charities and not-for-profit organisations can apply for grants of £40,000 to £70,000 over two years. Grants are split: 50% unrestricted and 50% restricted to resilience-building activity. Successful applicants also receive tailored support. Deadline: 15 June 2026 at 12pm(noon).
