Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust: Hidden Voices Programme 

Under the Hidden Voices Programme, The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust will award grants of £3,000 to £25,000 for projects that enable accessible, bespoke mental health and wellbeing support for those with seldom heard needs in the armed forces community. They invite applications from: UK based registered charities, Community interest Company (CIC) with substantial recent experience of supporting Armed Forces communities, and Local authorities. The Trust will consider applications that include a reasonable contribution to overhead/core costs. Next deadline midday 1 October 2025.

WCIT Grants

The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists (WCIT) is an IT charity, all projects they fund must make use of information technology and must relate to one or more of their priority areas - education, inclusion, IT for charities, and public understanding of IT. Grants typically up to £15,000. You are eligible if you are a registered charity or organisation with a formal not-for-profit constitution such as a community interest company. Revised criteria now apply. Next deadline 18 August 2025 at 5pm.

The Fat Beehive Foundation: Funding for Small Charities to improve digital presence

The Fat Beehive Foundation support UK-based charities with an annual turnover of under £1 million, offering funding for a wide range of digital projects. Whether that’s building a new website, developing online resources, or improving digital accessibility, their aim is to help you reach more people, raise more funds and deliver more impact. Small grants of up to £2,500 available. Apply by 30 September 2025. 

Sea-Changers: Main Grants Programme

Sea-Changers gives one-off grants to UK-based charities and ‘not-for-profit’ organisations including schools who are carrying out marine conservation related activities. They welcome applications from a wide variety of groups and entities. Grant applications for up to £500 (Small grants) can be made at any time. For grants between £500 and £2,500 (Main grants), deadlines are 31 March and 30 September annually.

Live Here Love Here: Small Grants Scheme

Aiming to promote civic pride within communities and enhance the environmental quality of shared community spaces, the Live Here Love Here Small Grants support community groups, schools, and not-for-profit organisations in enhancing shared green spaces for the benefit of both people and nature.  Grants are available from £500 - £3,000. Upcoming Deadlines

Woodward Charitable Trust  

The Woodward Charitable Trust updated their guidelines in May 2025 for their general application category. They now only provide grants to organisations supporting disadvantaged families with young children up to age 11, and organisations that work directly with children of the same age group (0-11 years).  Grants of up to £10,000 per year for core costs are available for organisations with an annual income of up to £200,000, for a maximum of three consecutive years.  The current grant round is open until 12 noon on Thursday 31st July.

The Radcliffe Trust

The Radcliffe Trust supports Heritage & Crafts (the development of the skills, knowledge and experience) and Music (classical music performance and training, especially chamber music, composition and music education). UK Charities, Not-For-Profits, or Exempt organisations can apply for grants are generally in the region of £2,500-£5,000. Deadline 31 July 2025.

Homeless Prevention Fund 2025/6

Northern Ireland Housing Executive are seeking applications from constituted groups in receipt of homelessness funding, supporting people funding, social enterprise funding, or constituted groups working with key homeless client groups with endorsement from the local NIHE Area Manager. The following Priority Vulnerable Groups are the main focus for this year’s Prevention fund: Young People leaving care, Woman vulnerable to and experiencing chronic homelessness, Individuals experiencing or having experienced domestic abuse, and Individuals being released from prison. There is a £50k cap on the grant available per project. Please complete the application form, answering all questions in full, and provide any relevant supporting documentation. B & Q Foundation

In the July 2025 funding round the B&Q Foundation will solely be looking to provide funding to charities supporting people experiencing homelessness. The grants are to provide, maintain, repair or improve housing or community space for these charities. They award grants of up to £10,000 for building or indoor projects, and up to £5,000 for garden projects which cover the full cost for the completion of the project. Applicants are asked to include an estimated value of staff time required. Next deadline 6pm on 1 August 2025.

Arts Council NI: Musical Instruments for Bands

Designed to increase the quality of music-making in the community by helping bands to replace worn-out instruments and purchase new instruments, particular priority will be given to applications demonstrating high quality musicianship; a commitment to training and musical education, particularly of young people; and a commitment to repertoire and technique development in relation to the band’s existing repertoire and technical standards. Grants of up to £10,000 with 10% match funding required available. Deadline midday on 1 August 2025.
