Integrated Education Fund Belfast

The IEF was established in 1992 with money from the european union structural funds the department of education NI (DENI) the Nuffield Foundation and the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust at that time there were 16 established integrated schools no in 2005 there are 57 To provide financial foundation for the development and growth of integrated education in NI the fund works from its capital base but can also act as an itermediary body to administer grants and donations on behalf of other outside funding bodies
