Second opportunity for drug and alcohol projects

Organisations who applied under the last round will be eligible to re-apply and they would also welcome new bids from interested organisations who feel they can deliver these services on our behalf.
The following outcome areas will be open for bids under the new tendering process:
- Targeted Education for Adults
- Targeted Interventions for Adults
- Targeted Education for Young People
- Youth Substance Misuse Treatment and Support Service
- Prescribed Medication Misuse Service
- Low Threshold Services for Chronic Drinkers
- Community Support Workers
- Family Support Workers
- Service User Development Worker
- Training for those working within the Homelessness and Substance Misuse Sectors
- Training for those working with Vulnerable Groups
- Training on Psychological Therapies
- Community Drug Awareness Training
Details of timeframes/deadlines, how to access the revised service specifications and how to make your bid will be released over the coming weeks (via their email alert system, the website and an ad in the local press).
