NICVA Drafts Response to Big Thinking Consultation
NICVA has drafted its response to the Big Lottery Fund's Big Thinking Consultation. In producing this draft response NICVA wants to encourage organisations in the voluntary and community sector to respond to the consultation on its future programmes in Northern Ireland.
The Big Lottery Fund has identified ‘BIG Questions' which they would like you to answer. The responses will help them to frame their strategy for 2009 to 2015. It is important to read the full notes provided by BIG in their guidelines document before answering the questions.
It is NICVA's intention that this paper could form the basis for other responses or at least a point of reference to start from. NICVA suggests that all organisations in Northern Ireland respond individually using the Big Thinking Questionnaire and website. We would also welcome copies of your organisation's response to BIG (whether it agrees with ours or not) prior to the submission deadline.
NICVA's draft response is available to download below.
The consultation is open until 27 February 2009 and further information is available from the consultation website: www.big-thinking.org.uk.
For more information or to discuss this draft response contact Neil Irwin on 028 9087 7777 or email neil.irwin@nicva.org.
