Drug and Alcohol Tendering Process Open
A regional tendering process to support the delivery of the four Drugs and Alcohol Co-ordination Teams' Action Plans is now open.
The regional tendering process has been developed and facilitated by the four Health & Social Services Boards (HSSBs) along with the Regional Supplies Service (RSS) to support outcomes contained in the four DACT Action Plans.
Invites to tender to deliver these outcomes have been issued through the regional press and on the RSS Website. The closing date for receipt of tenders is 29 September 2008 at 4.00pm
In order to assist potential tenderers the Drug and Alcohol Co-ordination Teams (DACT)s and Regional Supplies Service (RSS) will hold 2 briefing sessions on the tender process and some background clarification to the specifications and proposed submissions.
(1) NDACT and EDACT: Tuesday 09 September 2008, 10.00am, Venue: Templeton Hotel, Templepatrick.
(2) SDACT and WDACT: Tuesday 09 September 2008, 2.30pm, Venue: Greenvale Hotel, Cookstown
Potential tenderer(s) may attend one or both sessions, depending on the service specifications they are tendering for. If you intend to attend session 1, please confirm your attendance to Marianne Ireland, by email: mireland@ehssb.n-i.nhs.uk ; and if you intend to attend session 2, please confirm your attendance to Joan Porter, by email: joan.porter@shssb.n-i.nhs.uk
If you wish to participate in the tendering process and obtain Tender documents these are available to download from the Central Services, Regional Supplies Service website: www.csarss.net.
Organisations will need to register with RSS on their website before being able to download the documents. Registration can take place at any time and please note that validation of registration may take up to 48 hours to complete.
