Consultation on changes to lotteries and raffles rules
The Department for Social Development is currently consulting on reforming the gambling legislation in Northern Ireland. The consultation document ‘Future Regulation of Gambling in Northern Ireland’ considers most aspects of gambling, from gaming machines to casinos. NICVA’s briefing paper provides general comments on the relevant policy areas which affect the sector, namely lotteries and raffles.
