Applications are invited under the following programmes:
- Positive Futures Programme
- Our Shared Future Programme
- Play Fair Programme

- Engagement, Integration and Diversity Programme
- Shared Future Programme (as all funds available were not allocated in the previous round, this programme is re-opening to new applications – previous applicants may re-apply)
Further information on these programmes is available in the CAN strategy and action plan: www.newtownabbey.gov.uk/community/peace3.asp
If considering making an application it is advisable (though not obligatory) that you submit an Expression of Interest. This will enable Partnership staff to review your proposal and provide you with guidance at an early stage in the application process. The Expression of Interest form can be downloaded below. If availing of the Expression of Interest process, it is advisable to submit your form as soon as possible to enable feedback well in advance of the closing date for applications.
Applications to the Peace III Programme require submission of both a Part A which is submitted online via the EU Grants website www.eugrants.org and a Part B which, once completed, can be submitted in either hard copy or electronically. The CAN Partnership Part B can be downloaded below.
The programme will be open to applications on a rolling basis from 1st July 2009 with two cut off dates for assessment: Friday 11 September 2009 for projects wishing to start in 2009 and Friday 30 October 2009 for projects wishing to start in 2010. Early submission is advisable to ensure a decision before your proposed start date.
