The Institute of Fundraising has released the Independent Review of Payroll Giving which has been completed by Vanessa Potter and Dr John Scales of Strategy Complete.

Key recommendations from the review are to:

Professional Fundraising Organisations (PFOs)

PFO is the generic term used for the organisations which can be used by charities to promote payroll giving in other organisations. Using a PFO for payroll giving is not compulsory in the way that using a Payroll Giving Agency is.

Give As You Earn
